AJ 1 Low OG SP x Travis – "Fragment"

This Low OG release is a three-way collaborative design that brings together multiple creative perspectives on a refined low-top interpretation of a classic silhouette. Complementing a high-top counterpart, the designers fuse their distinct visual languages into a progressive reinterpretation of a retro basketball-inspired form.

Sail-toned leather appears on the perforated toe and mid-panel, while contrasting black tumbled leather defines the toe cap, forefoot, and eyelets. The two-tone white-and-black color blocking mirrors the cadence of an original “Black Toe” inspired palette. An oversized cream leather side detail references the styling of an earlier 2019 collaborative release.

Dual embroidered motifs appear on the heels of the left and right shoe, respectively, adding asymmetrical character. Additional embossed symbols—one per shoe—further reinforce the layered collaborative narrative. A blue printed branding detail finishes the white nylon tongue tag. This edition stands as one of the most sought-after releases of 2021. Release date: August 13, 2021.
